CLAOC is a coalition of Orange County business leaders committed to strengthening the region’s future through talent development and workforce innovation. Through its internship, career exploration, mentorship, and workforce readiness initiatives, CLAOC helps students gain practical experience, build professional skills, and connect with industry leaders across Orange County.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment between CLAOC and eKadence to cultivate the next generation of Orange County business and community leaders. Both organizations believe that students benefit most when learning extends beyond the classroom and includes authentic workplace experiences, mentorship, reflection, and career-connected learning.
“Orange County’s future depends on our ability to develop and inspire emerging talent,” said Mark Percy, CEO of CLAOC. “eKadence shares our commitment to helping students build the skills, confidence, and self-awareness needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Together, we are creating opportunities for students to explore careers, learn from mentors, and prepare for future leadership roles.”
Through the Summer Internship Program, students will use the eKadence Learning Platform to document their experiences, reflect on workplace challenges and successes, collaborate with peers and mentors, and build professional portfolios that showcase their growth. By combining hands-on internship experiences with structured reflection and AI-powered learning tools, the program helps students strengthen critical thinking, communication, adaptability, and leadership skills that employers increasingly seek.
“We are honored to support CLAOC’s mission of developing Orange County’s future workforce,” said Dang Vu, Executive Director of the eKadence Learning Foundation. “Our shared goal is to help students discover their strengths, learn from real-world experiences, and develop the confidence and skills needed for long-term career success.”
Through this collaboration, CLAOC and eKadence are helping students gain meaningful workplace experience, professional mentorship, and practical tools that support lifelong learning and career growth.
